Don't think so. The version of the bill that he voted for rolled back the tax cut on the top 2% of the wealthiest Americans. That would have paid for the $87 billion. The republicans voted no on that version of the $87 billion bill. They voted yes on the one that put the cost of the war on the credit card and ballooned the deficit to new record highs. Orca
