This, of course, is total nut case conjecture. There were brave people on all sides of this war. Many factors come into play during a battle. Training. The amount of rest the troops have. The condition and quality of their equipment and food. Their leadership.

Each person and each situation is a separate case. Your blanket statement exposes your simplistic thinking, and inability to understand complex situations, yet again.

If what you said were true it would follow that all of our soldiers in Iraq behave like the ones who got caught abusing prisoners as if all our troops are exactly the same.

What a nut case you are Mr. McViegh.

The American Army that they faced-despite being green or completely worn down-proved far more resilient then most of the Russians they had fought (who were consistantly terrified of fully-supplied panzergrenadiers), and closed the breech behind Pieper.
