Had heard there was to be a property acquisistion in Mexico but was trying to find out more before posting.

I think you might be right about the bottom.

I'm a little confused when you say they are raising cash by selling stock. I was under the impression that the PP was the only cash raising taking place. Do you know the IR who told you?
