I didn't say I believed him. I said that your statement appeared to be incorrect.

Especially guilty is Donald Rumsfeld who clearly stated that the Geneva Convention would not be followed.

Rumsfeld clearly stated the opposite.

I very much doubt that all prison guards were trained to understand and follow the Geneva Conventions.
