Thinking back to 2000, GWB said he wanted an administration that could work with the other side. This he did in Texas and received kudos from many Texas democrats. He tried to do this with Kennedy on education, with Daschle on taxes. As we see democratic runoffs begin, all democratic candidates start attacking GWB. They did not highlight the differences amongst themselves except for Dean and Kucinch who were anti-war. It was a democratic love-fest in attacking GWB. For what? About a year or so they stayed this course. It worked for one guy - Kerry. The losing candidates now see they made a big mistake buying into the DNC e-mail. It went all the way to accusing GWB of being AWOL, being a traitor and God knows what else. Fast forward to a few months ago when the GWB group start speaking up about finalist Kerry, his record, his beliefs, his stories etc. Kerry et al don't like this and begin their whining campaign. They realize they can't get any traction with Kerry in spite of the spate of bad news for GWB over since 03. So now, it their "new idea" is to talk about the issues. Get people to stop thinking about Kerry and his wife. That is what AS has been expressing for a week or so without saying it. She read the DNC talking points e-mail. AS and the rest don't want to talk about Kerry because he loses points when this happens. And notice that AS will not stay on subject. Even if you talk issues with her, she will change the subject because Kerry cannot stand up to any issue. His voting record, his waffling, his untruths all suggest he lacks leadership qualities. In fact, what has he shown the public in terms of leadership. Speaking of which, he commanded a boat for 3-4 months. That is it. Never ran a business, never been in charge of a government organization. His experience is feeding at the public trough and the his two wives trough. His wife is of no help. "I know some soccer Moms and she ain't no soccer Mom". :-) She, along with H. Clinton, believe they should be treated like royalty.
It is no wonder many voters will vote against Kerry. BTW. I am still waiting for the announcement of his VP. My guess is still H. Clinton.
