I'd have to agree. So long as the Palestinians use their refugees as pawns, keeping them in squalor, rather than negotiating, rather than recognizing Israel's existence and right to survive, they will continue to suffer, largely at the hands of their own leaders, especially Arafat who has grown so wealthy at his people's expense.
