First pump was an internal boasting 4,000 gph. Looked good but after 3 years the impeller died. Next pump was a cheap 4,000 gal per hour 1" pump. Loud and didn't supply the volume. Now have a 4,600 gal per minute pump 2" hookups, I installed perfectly and is silent and makes for a good waterfall.

Also have toad eggs again this year and will have 100s of toadlets and have to quit mowing in late July so the little toads can face the world on their own. I love those little toads.
