I'm not going for a popularity contest or anything. I'd find value if there were as few as 5-10 quality posters who simply stopped by 1-2 times per week to give their current sector analysis, portfolio weighting along with their reasons. In some ways the fewer posts the better. I'd like a thread that I can read fairly quick that'll give me insight into whether or not I should consider switching sectors or reducing/expanding my portfolio weighting. I typically play in no more than 3-4 sectors at any one time - often as few as 2.

Based upon very limited feedback so far:

1) I'm more likely to lean this thread towards plays that could turn into multi-year turn around stories. This does not eliminate shorting, but it obviously makes it more difficult to justify. I mostly do ST, IT trading myself, but I like to make sure the LT story is there as well. I find the risk/reward better when all three timeframes are working in your favor. The only reason I do ST so often is if you pick the right sector you can rotate from laggard to laggard repeatedly.

2) Not sure if it'll be on I-Hub or SI. Hoping some of the SI members have dual membership like myself.

3) Need good methods of limiting focus of thread or number of posts (or maybe simply number of posters).

4) I do a fair amount of technical analysis before buying/selling, but thread will be primarily fundamental in nature. Technicals will be used more to determine when to buy/sell vs if.

If you're an SI poster please let me know if you have I-Hub membership as well.
