Does anyone have an idea about how the housing crash will come? The main thing I have is my condo in California and it's been a good bet against inflation. Will it be things turn slowly and I will start noticing sales prices on housing is going the other direction? It won't fall all at once or 20% a month (barring an earthquake) will it?
