Many people are watching the whole internet commerce industry. However, no one really knows when (not if) this thing will take place. This is a classic case of technology being ahead of the consumer. All you can really do is get in very early at a low price or wait for the big announcements and jump in then. WAVE is so cheap compared to CyberCash that most people don't mind waiting for a few positive announcements. IMO, we won't see Wave move up until we get a firm quote on which OEM's are going to play, or nice revenue flows (not short term licensing fees) begin to emerge from the use of the chip either here or Europe.

Europe is a great move right now because they are more familiar with electronic payment systems (e.g. smart cards) and should prove to be a great testing ground for when U.S. distribution takes place in 1998. I think we should see over one million chips installed in modems over the next 6 months.

The real big question is anyone buying the chips or has Wave cut deals to provide free chips in exchange for distribution? If the chips can be sold for a profit, then we have a great opportunity!

If you're patient with this one, your returns could be huge!!!.....John
