Al, I've been spending the last 2 days trying to digest Stan's latest alchemy. Coordinatively irregular structures? They must come up with a new name. Perhaps crymorphous materials, or crymorphodite? Who else but Stan would invent a new, unique phase of matter.

To manufacture this new material is a 2 step process that takes over an hour. Because this would the first layer, maybe this could br done in a pre-process before being loaded into the regular machine. It seems to take about 70 minutes, so I don't see how it could be incorporated into our present solar machine without greatly slowing it down.

This new material can not only collect, but also emit light, and be custom made. It is claimed to be applicable to solar cells, photovoltaic devices, lasers, LEDs, transistors, and diodes.

"the present invention permits the preparation of a large number of materials with a wide range of properties
fractal-like porosity and high surface area" Has Stan invented the first fractal material? Fractalite?

Let's see where this all leads.
