The complete lack of any such review from the mainstream media leads me to believe that other reporters have not bothered to read the report, or could not make sense of it. They just looked at the pictures. This report has been available for a while (I believe), but until the pictures came out there was no story.

If the Pentagon has known this was coming for months, why didn't they plan their response better? Someone has to take the fall for this, why didn't they decide who already?
