No i fire folks who lack competence and make eggregious errors in judgement. Its like fire the manager in baseball--you are only as good as your last performance and make no mistake rummy has failed us big time this year. And he may not have orchestrated the preconditions that have cause this failure. Maybe he resisted war on the cheap and now he is falling victim to it. In any case, we dont have enough troops to support nationbuiliing. Americans are at risk. The prison system is run by MI and american commanders asleep at the while allowing our kids to turn into the equivalent of fraternity hazing. But no on is responsible according to you??? mike
