Split is official today. ICGE bears watching here. Now at $4.34 x $4.40, which pre-split would be .22 cents. They have dramatically reduced their debt, and now with the 1-20 R/S, they have cut the outstanding shares dramatically.

Of course they had some bad luck to do the R/S with the Market being so bad today, and last week.
