If you are referring to the Preferred Stock Conversion, yes it is in the best interest of the holders to see the price go up after that date (especially if they are the MM clients), but certainly no guarentee.

I feel a schedule of the rollout would hold more water for attracting investors and boosting the stock price here. Is this information ACTV is willing to give out at this time...or still a big vague secret?

Questions I wish Dan Mahoney would address.
