401 k - made first move since Sept.

when I prematurely moved from Htfd and LA Mid-Caps to the safety of Stable Assets.

This time, before the close today, I moved the bondds to FA Value Strategies

the thinking here is that while ~ 9800 still appears to be a target of sorts, I'd rather be a little early with this major bullet than miss a big move to the upside even if that move does not comes for a while. Besides, I am keeping the second major bullet in reserve depending upon how this plays out.
