No, CobaltBlue, I think it reinforces the point you're making. That is, if the point you are making is that you stop reading whenever you've found ANY basis for believing what you want to believe.

I disagree that it refutes the one point that I am making - Michael Moore admitted that Disney told him a year ago that it would not distribute the film. In other words, he is lying when he pretended that it was news. The issue you raise, that Miramax continued to make the movie, is irrelevant to that point.
