I Think Oil is Concentrated on 30 JUNE 2004.

The Iraq Handover Date is a flagpole, a marker, around which market fears have gathered. And there is no way to relieve that pressurized uncertainty, until we get there.

This is why I think even the biggest events--like OPEC chatter, the stock market action, China Smoke Signals--will remain on the level of noise, for the next 50 days.

What happens to oil stocks is anybody's guess.

I think oil is headed towards--and will nearly reach--50 dollars before this drama finds any relief.
