Not the result of "all this media uproar." Result of photographing the abuse. It only took one photo in Al Jazeera's hands. "All this uproar" is just gravy. And blaming harm to troops due to changes in interrogation methods on the media is like blaming anyone other than the terrorists for 9/11.
