el- so, are you trailering the boat each weekend? or, is it on the hard? yes, we're selling haereticus for much the same reason that you're not renting a slip this year <g> (sheesh - what is it that we're grinning about anyway!?!) harold's going to pick up the motor tomorrow and his crew will help install it on the weekend and then i guess she'll go into vancouver to be listed. it doesn't do to try and sell her in the u.s. it's hard to do but with another dream in place, well, it makes it easier. i can understand you're wanting to rent your winter retreat. that's a good plan for you cause you're such a happy wanderer. for me, i find a place that i like, and i just want to settle in and create something - a special place. anyway, a fifth wheel is pretty mobile - you just have to learn how to drive a phucking35ftruck! you're right, it's easier to buy than to sell. that's why we think this 5th wheel will be waiting for us. most people drive their own down. here's a guy who built a house and doesn't need it anymore. whatever will be, will be. i think it would be a hoot if we were down there to offer greg and mary a welcome to loreto margerita when they arrive. -la
