He can't be an idiot if he agrees with me, can he?

Of course he still is an idiot. But it is beginning to dawn on even the very thickest morons of hate radio that the neo-cons have now cursed this nation for at least a generation.

George Bush may have entered Iraq portraying himself as Simon Bolivar but his legacy will end up more like Simon Legree.

Meanwhile on the other end of right wing punditry, even George Will finds the latest Bushisms to be repugnant. It seems that Dubya was using his usual crisis managment skills to stoke the fires of jingoism when he implied, as a bonehead will now and then, that all Americans look lily white.

"There's a lot of people in the world who don't believe that people whose skin color may not be the same as ours can be free and self-govern. I reject that. I reject that strongly. I believe that people who practice the Muslim faith can self-govern. I believe that people whose skins aren't necessarily -- are a different color than white can self-govern."

Of course Dubya also implied that all of his critics were racists....mainly because they have pointed out that his vision for post invasion Iraq is the biggest failure in planning since the Marginot Line. Or would be, if it had been a plan at all.
