i've installed it.

when you run the program do this...

1. click the "search for problems" button below the window
then after it finds all the spyware and adware and malware
and associated programs and files...
2. click the "fix the problems" button below the window,
then
3. click the immunize icon on the right to block future
downloads of more crapware

this helped my computer get well.
a lot of this stuff fights with other
crapware and it can even keep your browser
from being able to access the internet.

some of the crapware redirects certain urls
when you try to access them. for example, i
could NOT access ebay anymore - it kept trying
to redirect me and would come up with a page
that would not load at all. it works fine now.
