It sounds like a really nice truck. They didn't make them that fancy 25 years ago. My wife wanted me to buy a new one, but I just had to have a convertible. It's a real bear finding parts for this Scout. Everything is special order. I had one mechanic I had used for 15 years and he had done a little work to my first Scout, but he just flat didn't want to work on this one. I found a guy that specializes in them and is the club mechanic, but he's a one man operation. I've been spending money as fast as I can for 6 months on it, but I'm hoping to finish the mechanical and get it back in a couple of weeks. * * *
