Moore is smart enough to put things in a way that those predisposed to believe him will accept. While it may be true that difficulty finding a distributor does not help a movie make money, the issue is the controversy Moore generated over it---not whether any of it was true. If he thinks getting press for his allegations was not helpful for the movie, he's the worst kind of liar or a total fool.............and I doubt he's a total fool. Publicity is publicity. There will be an element of people salivating to see his movie due to this publicity. There always is.
