I don't need to learn to do nada. That's my best mode. That's why I'm an underachiever.
It was mostly for me to gather information. I knew she might be leaving when I worked a few days for her last month.
This is one of those jobs people don't want. The fellow working for her has turned it down a few times,but I want to go talk to him first, to find out if he would resent me taking the job. I also want to talk to a few friends; one in particular needs a career; I just need a job; had my career already.
The big problem is that it is a 2 person dept. Each is on call 16 hrs/ day, 7 days in a 2 week pay period. I may be living too far away, and would have to spend nights down there, either with my boys, or a friend, or at the hospital. Several people have said they would help, but I want to talk to them, too. Apparently it is really hard for them to get long vacations. Oy.
The best part is that they have legal internet access. We were able to use borrowed passwords for a while at my place, but that got stopped. This would be nice.
It's pretty quiet there most of the time. We shall see. ("The Q word" is a word we don't use, because of its jinx power, but I don't work there, haha.
