As a competitor to Matrix AccuSite, IMO it has several advantages and several disadvantages v. AccuSite. In AccuSite's favor, Aldara requires 16 weeks of 3x/week application (making patient compliance a factor), it MAY be less efficacious (does anyone have the MATX PIII results, b/c I can't remember whether it covered both male and female responses?), and it seems to cause at least some skin irritation. In Aldara's favor, would you rather rub on a cream or have a needle stuck into your genitalia several times? Also, it's already approved for marketing and launched in the US.

Any derms or gyns out there with any experience with this pdt? Any opinions?
