Good reason for spinning out/IPOing (again) LuminentOIC might be seen just in the sales volume of LMNE/OIC in total versus the $$ backed out of MRVC total sales due to inter company sales. Believe last conference call MRVC mentioned backing out something between 1/2 and 1 million versus total LMNE/OIC quarterly sales of 15 to 20 (??) million. Let's hope market comes back to the point MRVC can consider a LMNE/OIC IPO.
