Fascinating stuff even for those of us on the sidelines.

Even if they succeed however, they'll need to raise funds and it's hard to believe it'll be done at a price favourable to existing shareholders. They may be able to raise 5 or 6 million from selling their tax losses. The real key would be to restructure the Oxo deal and that can probably only be done once REK is out of the way. If that could be done, I think the shareholders might yet be saved.
