I agree jtt, and I don't like Kerry's Bush-like position on Israel. Why? He has failed to say. He's given the politically correct statement, ~I support Israel. And I support Israel as well. Though I see no reason that Israel should receive some $4B a year in US foreign aid. It's not like the Israel is a poverty racked country suffering from multi-year droughts, famine and disease. I don't particularly like my tax dollars going to building settlements, building fences and sending Apaches into Gaza unloading munitions into urban areas. Somebody else can pay for that. If the US wants to pretend to be interested in peace in mideast then they should behave as a neutral party, prompting negotiations and not a full fledged unequivical supporter of one side. jttmab
