Kerry has an honest chance to build a coalition. I'll agree that he has a chance. Not a great one. The ability to build a coalition will depend in a great part on how inclined the Iraqis are to accept a coalition. It seems likely that by the time Jan rolls around the Iraqis will have as a top priority to get foreign troops out. jttmab
