FYI Leo, SPCT put in a pretty nasty poison pill proviso back when their stock was at about $12 because it would certainly have been ripe for takeover at that time (easy to believe that Nortel for example could have put out an $18 offer and got it past the shareholders at that time, nothing was going right). I remember being a little bit aggravated about the poison pill back then because I was in the red and would have loved a takeover but I guess I'm glad they did it now.
