Considering today's manipulated trading, this after-the-bell 'blurb' is very close to downright criminal.....

And - true to form - the QFLUB 'carrot' (..amongst other small things..) is left dangling until the 15th. That should give Feahwuss Fwankie several more opportunities to see-saw the hail our of his OFFICIAL pseudoBUY-BACK plan a few more times.......

NEW ORLEANS, May 11, 2004 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- Q Television Network (OTCPK:QBID) continues its drive towards its public launch and will air on May 15, 2004, a test of its broadcast signal. This signal will be sent out in analog format and will be viewable to all C-band dish owners. After this test is concluded, network will revert to a digital scrambled signal as it continues towards its regular soft launch to cable, satellite and advertising concerns. Further information regarding satellite and transponder for viewing will be posted in the coming days.

Company Overview

This television network was organized to create and develop a network devoted to providing television programming for the gay and lesbian community. While the company expects much of its subscriber base to be comprised of members of the gay and lesbian population, management also believes that quality programming about the gay and lesbian experience, designed to entertain, educate and inform, will attract many other segments of the viewing public. The company's programming will be available on a subscription basis to those desiring its programming. The network will broadcast 24 hours per day, 7 days per week. Providing distribution via satellite ensures availability of the network across the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico.
