When did they start cutting back defense , cia , active spies, and goes to satellites,, carter? i have forgotten. but it started a long time ago , no information in any arab countries as to what is going on. It took 911 to change the congress and the world.. If 911 didn't happen it would have been some other major incident like it to make the changes we made since. Now we got liberal who want to build back up the wall. I do not mind anyone listening to phone calls, what i take out of a library etc if it makes for a safe american for our children.
