ACF Mike, At birth we are all given a mind, and we must put it to use, or give it back. The obvious truth amongst the facts is that when times are good, the creation of new businesses would obviously be way over the number of destruction of old commerce; and when times are bad, the destruction of old businesses could be several multiples of creation of new ventures.
