Ray - I am really surprised that many (most) people still believe the officialdom's line of going to Iraq for the purpose of combating terrorism. It is such a farce and so obvious with passing time and the continually subsequent no discovery of wmds and nukeys. Even gw himself stated there is no such things. I have a hard time believing and I am in self-denial mode that americans are so naively and willingly blinded as if they are devoid of logic and rationality. I am also quite appalled at the extreme stubborn-ness of the die-hard repukelicans who have willingly become so blinded as repulsively as the many muslims' believe in the purpose and virtues of jihad. I know people can be blinded by spurts of high emotional irrationality, but time usually brings back rationality. This is not the case. Whatever magic potions used, with help from the mainstream news media, have lasting impact.
