<<<War should be left to those who have been trained to kill and survive and should not be judged by the media and the masses that don't have a clue as to what it takes to win.>>

Maybe before we decided to start this war, we should of had a clue of what we were getting into and why....

What exactly are we trying to win in Iraq? The hearts and minds of the Iraqi people? If that is the case we lost. If we want to just win military battles and total domination hey we are kicking ass for every one of our dead we kill at least 15. In another 5 or 6 years maybe we can kill em all. If there are any survivors HAL can just hire them as laborers for pennies on the dollar.

Why exactly are we in Iraq again..it seems to change on a weekly basis. So far we spent 200 billion on credit for what? WMDs? Saddam a bad guy? 9/11? Democracy in middle east? Jesus told Bush? Revenge or respect for our fallen? Oil? Terrorism? All the above?

<<The sad reality is if more people felt the way you do today back in the 40's, you would be speaking Japanese instead of English.>>

Bullshit Japan and Germany were real threats to the US and everybody knew it. Real sacrifices were ask from Americans to support the war. There was no doubt why we were fighting and what we were doing. Our mission wasn't to win the hearts and minds of Japan and Germany. Today the only sacrifice Bush asks of us is to spend more, take a vacation, and don't pay attention to what is going on. Because it is all going to hell right before your eyes if anyone bothers to look.

<<We had every right to torture the prisoners; it may have led to fewer dead Americans one of which could have been your son or daughter.>>

This comment is just disgusting 90% of the prisoners in Iraq don't know shit about anything other then their hatred of the US. And I am sure humiliating and torturing them changed their mind on that. That is why we have a Geneva Convention. The US signed it, should we follow it? If not Bush should just come out and say we don't follow it, because we are above it.

<<Laws of this country have nothing to do with the rules of war.>>>

I think they do.
