I don't get it. Sound business plan, increasing sales, $2.70/share in cash. Nobody will touch it.

They will value Rambus at close to $2 billion and the performance numbers are strikingly similar. This is not to say that MAII should be a billion dollar company, but the valuations are absurd, they defy all logic.

Let's face it, if it doesn't have "solutions" or "global integrated who-ha" in the business model, they won't touch it.
