I also saw the testimony of Taguba, great guy.

A few personal observations:
- Beside blaming Karpinksy he also said that the scope of his investigation was limited to the Army.

- He repeated several times that he found no evidence that there were orders for the mistreament of the prisoners. But he did mention that there was pressure.

- I am a little surprised that so far Gen. Miller has gotten relatively less attention from the press. I have to admit that it is looking in a crystal ball as far as other investigations going on, but for me there is less doubt that he played an important role, formal or informal.

- I was again impressed by McCain. When Imhofe started his statement that he was outraged by the outrage, he left within in a minute. I doubt that it was because he had to go the bathroom.
