chino, the lazy super rich (Kennedys, Heinz, Perot) all invest in TAX FREE bonds. The tax code doesn't bother them. Who gets hurt with taxing the rich are the HARD working entrepreneurs, the people who provide jobs. Perot said why should I gamble my savings on some company where if it works I have to pay over 50% in taxes and if it doesn't I lose all my investments. I'll just keep it in TAX FREE bonds. That's 4 BILLION dollars not being used to create jobs. WHY can't the libs see this?????
