JDN, the only problem with this argument is that now the same types of abuses are being alleged in Afghanistan, and she wasn't in charge there. The allegations could be false, in which case your argument would still hold water. Too bad nobody has a cameral in Gitmo. My guess is this is SOP for macho prisoners.
