the Commanding officer on down should be held fully accountable

for Brig. Gen. Janis Karpinski to say she knew nothing about the abuse until weeks after it occurred is an admittance she dropped the ball - her job was commander of that prison and all people in it, soldiers and prisoners

pleading that the prison cellblock where the abuse occurred was under the tight control of Army military intelligence officers who may have encouraged the abuse is unacceptable - it was her command, her responsibility, she is answerable for what took place at the Abu Ghraib prison

make her and the soldiers below her who participated in it stand trial for their actions - make it a public trail/hearing so the rest of the world can see the democratic process - so they can see it will NOT be tolerated
