hanoi john voted for the 87 billion before he voted against it. So I have no doubt that hanoi john may have voted for anything before or after he voted against it. And I don't hear these words as positive.He's (hanoi kerry)responsible for his voting record, as we are all responsible for our records, and he'll have to explain it. But, no, I do not believe that he is necessarily weak on defense. LOL... AND YOU HAVE NO DEFENSE OF KERRY"S BIG LIE!!! Why does kerry lie and talk of Republicans attacking his service record.
