its better to keep them from emigrating here in the first place.

What we need to do, IMO-but won't happen unless we have a several more attacks-is to cancel all green cards and visa's on Arab Muslims. No big roundup needed. Just tell them to "get out of Dodge."

I know this won't totally clear the problem, but it will sure make it easier for the FBI to concentrate on the rest.
