Here is an excellent article that may explain some of NN's earnings problems. If this is the case, we should be enjoying increased earnings soon.

P.S. The Street must of loved NN's conference call and the increased action in the WAN market. NN up 3 7/16 today, BAY up 3 1/8 yesterday; it's been a rough week!
