IT'S A CRISIS, IF WE'RE LUCKY.....

Re: Ray,there is something fishy about the high price of gas

No there isn't. GOM (Gulf of Mexico) production is way down.

Re: We are being lied to about this also.

I've come to savor the consistency of the message from the Offal Office. Fools still believe in "No Chile Left Behind the Counter". I know better. Karl Rove's motto is "No Lie Left Behind!"

Re: Opec said that they would maintain the price at 30 dollars/barrel

My Mom told me I'd get 25 cents for every tooth I put under my pillow. And your point is?

***
Re: All that they do now is talk about raising production.

Talk's cheap. Even I can do it.

Re: the mean time, there is all of this extra oil coming out of Iraq

You hush, chile. You are not supposed to know about this. This is classified information.

Re: I just read that there is an extra 100,000 barrels/day coming out of Russia.

I'd recommend dropping your subscription to "Archeology Now" and subscribe to something real:

oecdwash.org

Did you just notice what happened? Not only didn't Petroconsultants-Geneve decide you need to be cut off from information. But so did Dick Medley. We're all dead, in the short run. Capishe?

Re: This production was not there 6 months ago.

Don't go f*cking hysterical on me. Russian production is seasonally dependent. In the middle of winter, their product seizes up in the pipelines. No big deal. In the U.S. we took the 900 mile Vaseline slick called the Alyeska Pipeline and heated it, treated it, fooled it and finessed it and kept it flowing by wasting vast amounts of energy to keep the crudity hot. The Alyeska Pipeline is the perfect metaphor for American masculinity. Totally worthless in most circumcisions, but really lucrative when you add pimps and prostitutes into the mix.

Did I mention Medley and Petroconsultants? Why aren't they tawkin' to us any more? Are we about to become a "social experiment" in Darwinian Survivor struggles? Well, hehe, at least I know who Medley and Petroconsultants are. What have you done for me lately?

Re: Maybe the Saudis are not as chummy with the Bushs as we are led to believe?

Well, there you go again, getting all tribal. Blood is thicker than Arbusto debentures, fer sure. But thieves are thick.

I can't believe the Saudis would stab George Bush in the back. Hell, they are friends. They will stab him in the chest.

Re: My best guess is that the rest of the world including America, is helping to fund the war against America.

Don't go getting all goofy paranoid on me. Walt Kelly felt your pain. He said, prophetically: "We have met the enemy, and they are us."

I'm trying to distance myself from the Bushes, personnally. I think that when the blood hits the fan, it should really only be George Bush's. I'm not in any fashion a traitor in the same sense that he is.

Re: Wouldn't that be something???

I'm soliciting venture capital funding for a guillotine manufacturing facility in mid-north America. Please write for our prospectus. We feel, earnestly, that Robespierre and Cie. left some in doubt as to how arrogant they can become before they become "too precious to tolerate". Capishe?
