The semiconductor equipment companies are HOT!!! ASMLF uo over $10/share, LRCX up over $8, SFAM up around $6. It will only be a short time before it will carry over to the little guys. I currently follow a slew of little guys such as OPC, SMIT, PHTN, PTIS, MCTI and DAWK. Since money is limited the question remains which one or two will be the ones to choose. I will admit I made many mistakes this year. One of my biggest mistakes was letting go of SFAM in the upper teens (Now at $54-I acquired them at $12).
