Chance of Rate Hikes Must Now be Reduced.

I'm assigning a new possibility that the Market is going to take away its previously granted 25 beeps in June and 25 beeps in August, that it had given to the Fed.

We're at War. The public seems to have gone to sleep on this, as it still carries the illusion that the War was won last year, and that stability will come to Iraq.

In addition, if oil heads towards 45--and I think it will before the Fed June Meeting--this will be yet another reason to withdraw the offer of 25 beeps to the Fed.

I expect Full Market Chatter by early June saying "The Fed cannot hike" into these oil prices and the 30 JUNE Iraq Handover date.
