Hello Taikun, I hold some Yen. I do not have a Yen loan.

I paid that back Message 19285485 <<September 8th, 2003>> and replaced with a USD loan Message 19402732 <<October 15th, 2003>>

I think Japan might have 'recovered' because of China and USA, and may soon tank, because of China and USA.

I am committed to tag along with the same real estate partnership that netted me the HK Nathan Road shop positions, along with the lead guy's Japan contact, to take a portion of pool that will buy an already identified building in Tokyo.

I remind myself that cash, while king, is dead trash in the longer term.

Between Japanese buildings and Japanese shares, I favor an exposure to the buildings, on positive carry, floating on liquidity. I think Japan shares will tank will all other shares.

I hold my Canadian energy royalties still.

Chugs, Jay
