Pardee has never owned any property west of the I-5.

Pardee's holdings run from the I-5 east and along the I-5. To the best of my knowledge Pardee has never sold any of their holdings at Del Mar Highlands east of the I-5 to Kaufman & Broad or Lennar or any other developer. Although Weyerhaueser did want some of the property sold in order to fund upgrades in some of the forest product processing plants.

You can take Del Mar Heights Road east from the I-5 to it's current terminus to get an overview of some of Pardee's undeveloped property.

Pardee also has major land holdings in Sabre Spring, Lake Elsinore in Riverside County (known as Cottonwood Canyon), Las Vegas, North Las Vegas, Camarillo, and Palmdale.
