Has anyone here had experience with basically installing a new PC inside an old case? I've got a Gateway desktop that is too old to be upgraded, but the case is built like a sherman tank, and one of my monitors fits on top of it perfectly. I am thinking about installing a new motherboard and other components inside the old case, retaining the otherwise good CD Rom Drive and one of the hard drives. Anyone have any words of wisdom, speak from experience on doing this?
